We are proud to ship with UPS
All of our orders are checked and securely packaged before being dispatched to you. Our shipping agent is UPS (in mainland UK) and full tracking information is available. Please note that overseas orders may be shipped by an alternative shipping agent depending on your geographic location (Overseas orders will also be fully track-able).
We ship Monday through Friday any orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day any orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following working day, for any goods ordered on Friday these will be shipped on a next working day service for delivery on Monday unless a Saturday service is requested at the checkout.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will gladly exchange items for you if you find that the item you have ordered is not suitable or isn't the correct fit for you within our specified timescale. we will require you to fill out and include the return/exchange form that will be included with your order failure to complete this may result in a delay of your exchange being processed.
You will need to contact us via email using firstname.lastname@example.org for us to email you a prepaid return label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a new and unused condition (the same condition that you received it). It must also be in the original packaging with the labels intact where applicable.
If in the unfortunate event of a fault we will require you to fill out and include the return/exchange form that will be included with your order failure to complete this may result in a delay of your exchange/refund being processed. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer your warranty stands with us as your supplier.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a refund Shipping costs are non-refundable with exception to a faulty item as detailed above.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the return form completed.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If your issue is still not resolved please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
